Throughout his career, Dave, a community worker since 1970, has sought to contribute to the development of networks in the North West Region with the aims of sharing information and good practice, and providing mutual support for practitioners. He is a Board member of Community North West and participant in the North West Citizenship/Take Part Network. He is also a member of the Community Development Exchange, the Urban Forum and the Federation of Community Development Learning.
