Nicola has helped to plan and deliver workshops for GAP’s Arise and Shine education project. She is a qualified Citizenship Education/Humanities teacher, and a university tutor. Prior to GAP Unit and teaching Nicola worked for Ethical Consumer. She currently co-coordinates a local community food group, Abundance Manchester, through which she has given food growing workshops to people on low incomes.
